Oh man.
OBAMA!
I’m so glad that the States did this for their country. I have so much to say about it, but I’ll keep it short. Obama made history last night. I cried during the acceptance speech. He’s getting his daughters a puppy, and that’s freaking cute! I wish his grandma had lived to see him land this milestone, but I’m sure that if there is life beyond this one, she’s watching with a smile. And if not, well, she died knowing she raised an awesome guy.
So, props to everyone who voted Obama ‘08. 
On another note..
I’ve mentioned it before, but since it’s been taking up more and more time, I’ll talk about it a bit. I am writing a book (the guy who wrote Eragon wrote it at 15, so don’t even say I’m too young), and MOTS has become increasingly irritating for me. Don’t get me wrong, it’s still fun to write, but it’s FLUFF. My real writing is so different, you wouldn’t even know it was done by the same person. I guess what I’m trying to say is… I’m more capable.
Fear not, though. MOTS is still fun for me, I’ll keep writing it, it’s a good stress reliever. It’s coming to an end, though… aha. Don’t cry, the story is not finished, there will be a sequel.
Anyway, I just wanted to let you guys know what’s going on with me. It’s all good, and I am feeling much better. Thanks for all your good wishes and support.

Apple and Slavery…

So I recently learned something about myself that I felt the need to share. Basically, I am a fucking slave…
I’m not sure how it happened, I’m intillegent, I’m independent, I think for myself and never believe just for the sake of believeing without researching.
So when I realized that I am a total SLAVE to iPods, I was pretty disappointed in myself… I have bought FOUR in the past five months.
…
And I can’t even justify it! It’s not like they broke, or got lost… NO, I just wanted a new one! WHAT THE HELL?
I thought about it, and realized… Apple puts out new iPods all the time, and whenever I see a new model, or an upgraded model (as is the case with the 2nd gen. touch I just bought yesterday) I feel like I need it. It would be fine, except that these dudes are costing me a few hundred a pop. Really? What happened to me being INTELLIGENT.
So basically, I think that Apple should have a new policy. If they release a new model of your version of the iPod (like how I bought my touch and 3 weeks later Steve Jobbs released a NEW model) within one month of your purchase… you shoudl totally be able to exchange it, and pay the difference. Yeah.
But isn’t the entire point of their company to take all your money and then make something new so you’re out of date five seconds later?
And it’s messed up because you’d think since I love iPods so much, I’d have/want and iPhone. But no… I think iPhone sucks. UGH!

Bah, it’s 4 am, I’m high on cinnamon buns and taking a break from writing chapter 32, so… I figured it’s update time.
I’m using the IM for my email, so if you feel like chatting it’s kasumicho@live.com feel free to get in touch, even if it’s just to berate my writing. I’ll be online from time to time.
If I started doing shows on BlogTV, would you guys join in? I thought that might be fun. But talking to myself isn’t fun, so yeah… thought I’d ask about that. 
Happy Thanksgiving to all my Canadian readers! (Shadowess 88 is actually the only one of you guys that I KNOW is Canadian… sorry if I left you guys out…). I had teh big festive dinner last night, because everyone is going to be really busy today. My grandparents will be doing errands (I live with my grandparents, they’re moe like my parents, really), my oldest little sister will be working, I’ll be writing (I have teh day off), and my baby sister wil be… well she’s to young to really DO anything.
I ate so much stuffing (that bread stuff you put in teh turkey?) I still feel sick.
Well… that’s about it, I suppose. Eat, drink, be merry.
But I know you guys will mostly just be drinking.

Just so you guys know, I’m taking requests for oneshots related to MOTS. Why not?
Rules-
1. There are no rules.
Feel free to challenge me, really. It can be anything-something that I touched on, that you might want more info on, something that you didn’t understand and you feel needs an entire oneshot to be explain, or just something you always wanted to read about in relation to the characters.
POVs are welcomed. Just tell me who, or let my imagination run wild. Of course, if you manage to pick a totally uninspired subject that I simply can’t make interesting… well I’ll probably just go ahead and try anyway. Who says that a blade of grass can’t be a mysterious and romantic tale all on its own?

Hey guys! It’s update time, so if you want to know what has been going on with me… read on. If not… why the heck did you visit my blog?
OKAY FIRST! Before I forget… EVERYONE listen to the song ‘Congratulations’ by Blue October. It’s my favourite song right now, I’ve had it on my iPod forEVER, but I only ACTUALLY listened to it and paid attention for the first time a few days ago, now I just listen to it over-and-over. It’s excellent, and has inspired me a great deal!
Now that that is out of the way…
I’m excited! Because I made my second real plot-twist in MOTS (I consider the first to be when it was discovered that Ali kidnapped Kanata…?), and it was so fun to write. I’ve had it planned for a while, and I’m pretty pleased that no one predicted it… haha, if you had I would have cried. So I apologize to Shadowess 88 and attackedbyangrysocks, because I made a point of telling you guys to NOT predict. I was hoping I’d fool you into thinking one of you had it right. I think too much… ahhhha….what will happen next? Whooooo knows…
I’m working on a tiny home-studio project. I’ve been buying equiptment all week, and I feel kinda silly spending SO much money on a hobby… but who cares! It all came into play a few weeks ago when my friend suggested I make her a CD of me singing… then it became a full out demand. So I bought my VERY FIRST PROFESSIONAL MIC! I’m pretty happy about that, and I had it ordered, but it’s not here yet… I’m excited to try it out! I’ll probably end up doing a little internet project, because that’s just me. I’ll update you guys as it goes on. And don’t worry, I do not want a career in music…. it’s just a hobby. I come from a family of artists; my grandmother is an AMAZING singer/songwriter/artist/poet, my grandfather is an architect (which is a pretty effing artistic job. He’s also a carpenter, so he DOES THE WORK and brings his ideas to life… it’s crazy). My mother was an artist/poet. I mainly grew up with my grandparents, I only spent a few short years with my mother before I lost her, so I was constantly exposed to my grandmothers music. At a young age I started singing and playing any instrument I could get my hands on. Writing is pretty much MY thing, though…
WHEW! That was intense, hope that gives you guys a bit of insight to me. I try to be a human being and not just a writer, hopefully you guys can relate to me!
I think I’m gonna get fired from my job… I got in trouble for fighting wioth a customer the other day. =S AND! On Saturday I got assaulted by an old lady! I SWEAR this is what happened:
She was trying to get me to give her money, that I didn’t owe her (the details would take too long to type out…) and I tried to step around her to get my manager, but she shoved me into the wall next to me. On the wall there was a grate with sharp edges, and it ripped the leg of my pants and cut my leg open! I didn’t even know what to do, an old lady made me bleed! So I tried to pass it off like ‘What? No, this gushing wound was there before.’ It didn’t work, I ended up having to run home, patch up and change my pants. It freaking sucked, mostly because everyone knows that an old lady made me bleed. Hopefully it doesn’t get back to the boss that I got in a physical fight with a customer… that would be hard to explain.
That story makes me seem like a bitch. I’m actually really not, I’m super friendly and only fight with the retarded customers who don’t understand anything. Ex. A man complained that milk was never on sale, and I just flipped. MILK IS A FUCKING SET PRICE! THE GOVERMENT REGULATES IT! (By the way, I work at a grocery store.)
So I’m quitting, haha!
ALSO! I am travelling to Burlington (Toronto-area) with my best friend on November 12-14 because…. EMILIE AUTUMN FINALLY HAS A CANADIAN TOUR DATE!! I’m so excited! I get to see my FAVOURITE artist of all time, live! I’m psyched, we have our tickets and it’s all planned out. We just need to book the hotel… which is kind of an issue seeing as neither of us is 18 yet, but my family gave me a credit card, so hopefully I can just fake it.
ALSO! Random fact- hotels discriminate against smokers! None of the smoking rooms at the hotel we were looking at offered complimentary breakfast to the smoking rooms! The NSMKing rooms get free breakfast, haha. Whatever, we’ll just pay for our breakfast, I guess.
What else can I rant about? Meh, I’m done.

Hi, guys!
There was just a few things that I REALLY wanted to say, so I decided to do a quick blog.
First of all, no one has actually SAID anything of convcern to me about this… but I have a feeling that a few of you guys may be thinking it: is MOTS doomed?!
The answer is, NO! The past few chapters have been a little iffy because of MY state as a human being. It happens, I have bad days/months. But I can garuntee that the story is not doomed. It will be changing a little bit soon, but that can be credited to the actual EVENTS IN THE STORY coming up. Fear not, I have not lost my mind, MOTS isn’t going anywhere.
Second, I am taking requests for pictures! I finally bought a tablet pen, and I am SOOOO excited! I’ve been toying around with it a lot. SO if anyone wants a picture, just let me know! It should be something encompassed in teh story THUS FAR. No asking for Ali and Seto doing the nasty on Seto’s office desk. Because well… nothing like that has happened yet.
Third, and this is just a rant. I was browsing FF a while ago, and I found this story (Seto/OC)… I will not mention teh name or authour, since I feel that would be mean. Why? Well…
In the FIRST paragraph of teh entire story, SETO. CRIES!
As if THAT wasn’t bad enough! Want to know why he cries, anyone?? Because he DOESN’T THINK HE’LL EVER FIND LOVE!
I almost threw my laptop in frusteration!
Don’t write FANFICTION if you’re going to take teh characters, blackmail them, torture them, steal their very essence, tie them to a ceiling fan, and then pour visene into their eyes by the buckets!
I mean, PLEASE!
Well… that’s all that there is for the day.

Okay, so my life is rockin’. You guys got me to 100 reviews, and I love you all for it!!
Just so you know, I’m doing the review responses here, simply because, to be honest, if you guys saw the bags under my eyes you’d scream. And makeup cannot hide these suckers. I figured I’d rather to it this way then wait until my sleeping pattern stablizes (you’d be waiting a LONG time).
So here goes!
HeeHee01- Seto’s comment was meant to be mean. I was kinda upset that I had to write him being so mean. But then again, do we all agree that Ali needs to hear things like that from time-to-time? She’s a bit out of hand.

attackedbyangrysocks- You are totally right about Seto’s reaction. That was EXACTLY the direction I was going in. The whole… SERIOUS thing was weird to write. I wich I never had to throw in the serious stuff, but it’s teh only way to establish their characters and stuff. ABout that other thing you asked, don’t worry about it. (And of course I would never get mad!) I’m alive and kickin’ it’s all good.
PS. For teh most part, Canada is a bilingual country. Most people speak English and French, so don’t worry about it too much. (:

Okay! So… to thank you guys for 100 reviews, I made a little something for you. IT’s kinda crappy, since I haven’t picked out the supplies for graphics that I want, yet.
