Hello my darlings,
Well if you’re here then you have probably been following my story: Middle of the Summer on FF.net, ne? Well if not then I officially deem you bored and stalkerish, but I suppose that applies to those who have been following the story as well. Either way thank you for stopping by! And maybe you’ll all get to know me a little better.
So as an introductory post- HI! I’m KasumiCho! I like candy, and salt… sometimes together. But that’s all irrelevent (I think…). This is my weblog, in all of it’s unformatted glory. You can leave your comments… somewhere, I’m not sure where yet seeing as I signed up a whole five seconds ago.
I’m a tad thrown today, you see I woke up at seven-thirty this morning. I rarely wake up before nine… it’s my time of choice. But today is special! Today my oldest younger sister (read that over to grasp the concept) is graduating from elementary school!! I’m so so proud of her! And I’m super excited to dress up and go to the ceremony. It. Will. Be. Bitchin’. Of course… I’m kinda sad to see her growing up on me.
It seems like just yesterday I was climbing into her crib and dragging her out by the arm. It seems like just yesterday I would put her in her Jolly-Jumper upsidedown and feed her cheerios when she was still on a mostly-liquid diet. Luckily, some time between ‘yesterday’ and today my ‘big-sister’ skills improved, and she started eating solids, right-side-up.
I’m so psyched to give her the present! I got her this super-cute new cellphone, it’s adorable and lime green (her favourite colour). Later I’m dragging her ass to the salon and spending what remains of my cash on her hair. $250 hair cuts, anyone? *sigh* Now I’m broke and she’s running off to high school. I still prefer the home-school method, but she’s excited, she likes going to school.
So this goes to my baby sister, whose hand I’ve been holding through thick and thin. Who has held me when I cried and vice-versa. We’ve been to hell and back with each other. We’ve lost pets, friends and our parents and never once did she ever doubt my ability to keep her safe (even when I did). Before I get emotional over here, everyone take off your hats (if you’re not wearing one, a sock will suffice) and throw them in the air. Here’s to KELSEY! The best sibling I could ask for.
Regarding the title of today’s entry. Britney Spears. I love her, you love her… neither of us will ever admit to such. I don’t keep up with celebrity gossip (I’m too busy following politics…) but I understand she’s gone into the deep end. Let her get as crazy as she wants, but here’s hoping Miss (or Mrs. … I lost track) Spears keeps making catchy pop songs that I can dance to! It’s not really good music that makes life fun. It’s the really fun music that makes life good.
Kisses and grad-caps,
KC.
